“This perfume is an evocation of my holiday memories and the smells that marked these moments. Under the late afternoon sun, I remember those walks through the maquis which exuded the scents of lemon, lavender, rosemary, myrtle, and mint, sometimes interspersed with the heady smell of a plant of immortelles. It was a quest for the perfect cliff from which to dive into the cool water of the river. This freshness, mixed with grapefruit and lemon, is exactly what I wanted to capture in Citron Macaron.”
